As a prospective client, you may benefit from an initial consultation with our attorney, Ms. Shayan Farhad. The consultation, held remotely, lasts up to 30 minutes at a fixed-rate of CHF 150.
The purpose of the consultation is to gather some basic facts about your situation, help you learn about your potential courses of action and the ways in which the firm can support you, and get an estimate of the time and fees needed to resolve your case.
Note: The paid consultation fee is fully deducted in case the firm is engaged.

If an engagement materializes, the CHF 150 consultation fee will be fully deducted from your first invoice. This means the consultation effectively becomes complimentary as part of our services.
3. Am I obligated to hire the firm after the consultation?
No, there is absolutely no obligation to proceed with our firm after the consultation.
4. Does the initial consultation create an attorney-client relationship?
No, the initial consultation does not establish an attorney-client relationship or attorney-client privilege. However, everything discussed during the meeting is treated with strict confidentiality. Your information will not be shared or used with any third party.
